I had a request from a newer post-op to do a blog post of the pureed foods I ate. Most Saturdays, you’ll find soup simmering on my stove, either for supper or the week ahead. If you want to make this into a main course, you can add in leftover chicken or turkey or even ground turkey along with cooked brown rice, quinoa or even whole wheat noodles.
This cooks for 7+ hours you won’t be catching a buzz from the beef stew but it really makes a difference in the taste.
