I wouldn’t use parchment as the entire function of air frying is to get the air circulating round the meals and any paper or foil will impede that. However it’s totally up to you and I think it would still cook the meat however perhaps not as fast. My air fryer has a non stick lining so clear up may be very straightforward as nothing sticks to it.
